We are not able to diagnose individual computer issues however it is suggested that you further implement the following trouble-shooting suggestions on the computer that you are using to access the training.

  • Review our system requirements and ensure that the computer or device you are using meets these requirements. Click here for system requirements. 
  • Make sure that your internet browser is refreshed and your cache has been cleared. To find out how to clear your cache, please click here.
  • Update your internet browser to the latest version. Our training will work with all of the latest browsers. We recommend Chrome or Edge (previously known as IE)
  • If possible, view the training on a different computer or device
